Overview

Valley Gardens Health Care & Rehabilitation Center accommodates 120 residents. Our center provides short-term nursing and rehabilitative care as well as traditional long-term skilled care. Our combination of clinical skill and comprehensive rehabilitation services enables us to care for a variety of complex medical conditions. Clinical services offered include IV and infusion therapy, pain management, enteral and parenteral nutrition, diabetes management and complex wound care. Rehabilitative therapies are provided as needed by physical, occupational and speech therapists. Outpatient rehabilitation services are provided by the same treatment team to ensure continuity of care.

Outpatient rehabilitation – whether physical, occupational or related to speech and swallowing – can make an incredible difference in your health and well-being while you return each day to the comfort of home. The goal of our rehabilitation therapy, provided by Peoplefirst Rehabilitation, is to accelerate healing and improve your quality of life to the highest extent possible.

Our facility staff, including therapists and nurses, takes an integrated team approach to the care they provide. This means understanding your needs and therapy requirements on an individual basis, as well as educating you and your family members about the therapies and their expected outcome.

To enhance our therapeutic environment, Valley Gardens has a homelike environment that includes birds, fish, cats, rabbits and a multitude of plants. We believe this atmosphere provides emotional and social benefits to both our short-term recovery patients and our long-term residents. Private and semi-private rooms overlooking landscaped grounds are available. Family and friends are encouraged to visit frequently.
